Do I need prior experience to enroll?

No experience is required. Crestwood welcomes students from all backgrounds — including customer service, retail, hospitality, or administration — who are ready to begin a new career in the apartment and property management industry. What are the age and education requirements?

Students must be 18 years of age or older and have a High School Diploma or GED. A valid Driver’s License or State ID is also required for enrollment verification.

Are courses offered online or in person?

Crestwood offers flexible training formats to fit your schedule and learning style:

Online: Self-paced or instructor-led virtual courses
Hybrid: Combination of online lessons and in-person sessions
In-Person: On-campus and workshop-style classes available in select markets

Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?

Yes. All students who complete a course and meet graduation requirements will receive an official Crestwood Leasing Academy Certificate of Completion, suitable for resumes, portfolios, and framing.

How long are the courses?

Program lengths vary depending on the course:

Leasing Consultant & Pet Transport Specialist: 4–6 weeks
Assistant Property Manager & Property Maintenance: 6–8 weeks
Moving & Logistics, Interior Decorator, and Business Bookkeeping: 6 weeks
Students who enroll full-time or complete coursework early may finish sooner.

Yes. Crestwood offers flexible tuition payment options and including installment plans. community sponsorships for veterans, single parents, or career transition support.

Yes. Crestwood Leasing Academy provides Training Verification to employers seeking to confirm your certification and course completion. We also offer Interview Preparation and Professional Resume Services to help you stand out with confidence during your job search and career journey.

How do I apply?

Simply complete the online application, then schedule your Admissions Interview with our team. Once accepted, you’ll receive your Welcome Packet and gain access to your student orientation and learning materials.
